In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。冻豆虎负责动力系统的维修与能量收集，由于是老虎的外形，大家总以为他很威猛，但是万万没想到，他骨子里其实是一个胆小懦弱的病猫，遇到事情总是畏首畏尾……。
