罗正昊本是当年横扫帝都商界的天才企业家，后因遭到隐世家族的迫害，隐姓埋名回到天海市成为一名保安，暗中却留下手下替自己打理美国的资产。二十年后，罗正昊的死敌周春雷得知，罗正昊的儿子罗子曜也成为了天才企业家，暗中作梗。本届金鹰节由中国文学艺术界联合会、湖南省人民政府、中国电视艺术家协会主办，长沙市人民政府、湖南省广播电视局、湖南广播影视集团（湖南广播电视台）承办，于11月4日至6日在湖南长沙举行，期间举办包括“开幕式暨文艺晚会”“金鹰论坛”“颁奖晚会”“提名荣誉颁授典礼”等六项主体活动，并揭晓备受关注的第31届中国电视金鹰奖各奖项。。In his starring debut Roy gets elected to congress in order to bring water to the ranchers in his district. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。
