该剧主要描写长沙老城区一户姓严的人家，老两口生有四个儿子，除了一个儿子已经结婚，其他三个儿子都已有对象，依着老严的如意算盘，三个未来儿媳应该是本地姑娘。但恰恰相反，三个儿子的意中人却都是外地女子，一个带回来了常德妹子，一个带回来了北京姑娘，还有一个甚至带来了金发碧眼洋妞。老严阻挡不成，几个外地媳妇硬是挤进了家门。从此严家的生活秩序被打破了，充满新鲜内容和喜剧色彩的生活展现在我们面前……。This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him. Parents, friends and schoolmates can't understand how Derrick has so much passion for something that has no future in their eye...。
