1944年秋天，日本鬼子大举进攻豫西山区，一场恶战即将打响，魏家坡村的乡亲们在八路军和游击队的掩护下紧急转移。途中，女游击队长兰子突然发现由于急于掩护乡亲们转移却把自己的小儿子钢蛋儿忘在了家中，此时前方的战斗已经打响。。Now Rita is no longer bound by state school rules and bureaucracy, so she can design her very own school from scratch and finally shape it to her own ideals. But it is not as easy as it sounds, and sparks soon begin to fly as she begins to work alongside Hjørdis。
